About The Position

The Guest Experience Ambassador provides residents, colleagues, and guests with an exemplary dining experience through attentive, high-quality service. The role serves food and beverages, helps residents choose from the daily menu, accommodates specialty diets and preferences, and supports meal-period setup, cleanup, and service-area stocking. The position reports to the Director of Dining Services and is based in Camp Verde, Arizona.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in food service.
Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Provide hospitality in interactions with residents, colleagues, and guests.
Lead food and beverage service and prepare or serve specialty diets and dishes as required.
Obtain residents’ food and beverage orders and explain daily menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Ensure residents are satisfied with service and communicate customer service issues to the direct supervisor.
Check residents’ diets, likes, and dislikes to ensure their requirements are met.
Assist with setup and breakdown of scheduled meal periods.
Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens.
Perform assigned cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors, tidying service stations, clearing tables, and taking out trash.
Wash pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and other cooking equipment as needed.
Assist culinary staff at various stations as directed.
Provide attentive and approachable customer service, including greeting and thanking customers.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
