About The Position

As an Armed Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries including commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government. You will provide customer service while carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. You will respond calmly and use problem-solving skills during incidents and critical situations, and conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter. Work environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or have five years of verifiable experience.
• Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security and safety training programs.
• Meet applicable state and/or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.
