About The Position

LiveRamp is hiring a leader to define and execute the strategy, architecture, and multi-year roadmap for its go-to-market technology ecosystem. The role spans marketing, sales, Quote-to-Cash, contracting, customer success, data, and AI, and includes architecture and hands-on technical leadership for Salesforce, CPQ, Revenue Cloud Advanced, integrations, and related enterprise platforms. The position is accountable for the reliability and evolution of business-critical GTM systems. This includes establishing architecture and engineering standards, production support and incident-management practices, integration monitoring and data quality, and responsible opportunities to use AI and automation. The leader will partner across business and technology functions, mentor technical teams, and manage external implementation partners while retaining internal technical ownership. The team supports the customer and revenue lifecycle from lead generation and pipeline creation through sales execution, quoting, contracting, onboarding, renewals, and expansion. Its goals include improving platform reliability, reducing recurring production issues and manual support, and delivering a roadmap aligned with LiveRamp’s GTM strategy.

  • At least 7 years of deep Salesforce experience, including hands-on development, solution design, and architecture responsibilities.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading technical teams that include developers, administrators, architects, or technical leads.
  • Experience leading complex enterprise GTM technology initiatives and major Quote-to-Cash, Salesforce, or CRM initiatives.
  • Experience managing business-critical production applications and enterprise support operations.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, APIs, automation, security, and data architecture.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud Advanced.
  • Experience designing or supporting complex pricing, subscription, consumption-based, usage-based, amendment, renewal, approval, quoting, and contracting processes.
  • Understanding of modern GTM architecture and marketing automation, sales engagement, conversation intelligence, CLM, customer success, ERP and finance systems, enterprise data platforms, middleware, and AI technologies.
  • Ability to review and challenge architecture and technical designs directly.
  • Understanding of the end-to-end customer and revenue lifecycle from lead through opportunity, quote, contract, customer, renewal, and expansion.
  • Demonstrated experience building, mentoring, and leading high-performing technical teams.
  • Ability to work across executive strategy, architecture, delivery, and hands-on technical problem solving.
  • Strong incident-management and problem-solving skills, including experience with complex cross-system production issues.
  • Ability to influence and align teams without relying solely on direct reporting relationships.
  • Experience managing vendors and implementation partners.
  • Clear communication with technical and executive stakeholders about architecture decisions, trade-offs, risks, dependencies, investments, and progress.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

  • Define and report operational metrics, including incident volume and severity, response and resolution times, recurring incidents, availability, and support backlog.
  • Drive integration observability, reconciliation, data quality, and reduction of unnecessary duplication across GTM platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI and intelligent automation across GTM workflows, engineering productivity, testing, documentation, and support.
  • Partner with Security, Data, and Architecture teams to establish AI governance, access controls, and data-use standards.
  • Establish engineering standards for development, testing, CI/CD, release management, monitoring, environments, security, compliance, and data governance.
