Rogo is building AI-native tools for finance - and scaling our go-to-market team is critical to that mission. We’re hiring a GTM Associate Recruiter to help us hire exceptional talent across our global GTM organization, including SDRs and GTM Associates in the U.S., EMEA, and APAC. This role sits at the center of our GTM hiring engine. You’ll drive coordination, candidate experience, and recruiting operations, while working closely with the GTM Manager and Head of GTM to ensure a high-velocity, high-quality hiring process. There’s no rigid playbook - things move quickly, and you’ll be trusted to take ownership, solve problems, and continuously improve how we hire.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting, or operations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple roles, candidates, and timelines simultaneously
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication
  • High ownership and strong judgment—you proactively solve problems
  • Experience with ATS tools (Ashby preferred) and modern productivity tools
  • Comfort working across time zones and with senior stakeholders
  • Willingness to operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

Responsibilities

  • Run GTM recruiting processes end-to-end
  • Support hiring for SDRs and GTM Associates across multiple regions
  • Manage interview logistics across time zones, ensuring speed and precision
  • Keep processes moving forward without bottlenecks or delays
  • Own candidate experience
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates
  • Communicate clearly, promptly, and professionally throughout the process
  • Ensure every candidate has a high-quality, thoughtful experience
  • Drive recruiting operations
  • Maintain clean, accurate data in Ashby
  • Ensure interview feedback is submitted on time and processes stay on track
  • Track candidate progress and next steps with strong attention to detail
  • Support evaluation and hiring decisions
  • Conduct reference checks and synthesize insights for hiring teams
  • Occasionally support initial candidate screens when needed
  • Partner with GTM leadership
  • Work closely with the GTM Talent Lead, GTM Manager, and Head of GTM
  • Align on hiring priorities, pipeline health, and process improvements
  • Improve how we hire
  • Identify inefficiencies and gaps in the recruiting process
  • Propose and implement improvements to increase speed and quality
  • Help build scalable recruiting infrastructure for a growing global team
