About The Position

Our AI start-up client is building its go-to-market function for the first time, following the recent hires of Head of Sales and CS and Head of Marketing. The People team needs a dedicated recruiter to own all GTM hiring. This is a zero-to-one build with high autonomy, and the role involves direct interface with senior marketing and CS leaders. The functional priority is Marketing, followed by Customer Success, and then Sales.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • 3+ years of marketing-primary recruiting experience, recent (within the last 3 years).
  • Experience in a startup environment with a zero-to-one build and high autonomy.
  • Must be Bay Area based and able to commute to Redwood City on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
  • Familiarity with Anthropic AI preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own all Go-To-Market (GTM) hiring for an AI start-up client.
  • Build the recruiting function from scratch (zero-to-one build).
  • Manage a high volume of requisitions, with initial priorities including Growth Marketing Lead, Influencer Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, Senior Motion Designer, Community Manager, and Marketing Operations.
  • Interface directly with senior marketing and Customer Success leaders.
  • Prioritize marketing roles, followed by Customer Success, and then Sales roles.
