Building a team like this doesn’t happen by accident—it requires exceptional recruiting and a deeply thoughtful candidate experience. That’s why recruiting is a first-class function at Nominal. As a GTM Recruiter at Nominal, you’ll partner closely with leaders across the company to build talent pipelines, run thoughtful full-cycle recruiting processes, and help close exceptional candidates for critical commercial roles. You’ll manage hiring for roles including Enterprise Account Executives and SDRs, while also supporting recruiting across the company as needed as Nominal continues to scale. These roles are central to building Nominal’s commercial engine and require strong sourcing instincts, thoughtful candidate evaluation, and excellent closing ability. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to define role profiles, build candidate pipelines, run structured interview processes, and ensure candidates have a thoughtful and high-integrity experience throughout the process. You’ll also partner with external search firms supporting some of our enterprise sales hiring while helping Nominal build stronger internal recruiting capabilities over time. This is a hands-on role with real ownership from day one, ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, developing strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and helping shape how a company grows.
