As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world—empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients. We're launching into a new vertical, and we're hiring a founding GTM Lead to build and run the sales engine from scratch. This is a 0-to-1 role: you'll own the funnel end-to-end, turning a fast-moving, ambiguous early-market motion into a repeatable, data-driven sales organization. You'll be the person who connects the dots across pipeline, hiring, vendors, and operations — translating targets into an actual playbook that founding AEs and XDRs can execute against. You'll partner directly with senior leadership, operate with real autonomy, and have the space to make calls and be wrong fast. This is ideal for someone who thrives in early-market ambiguity, wants real ownership, and is excited to help shape how we sell into a new segment.
