About The Position

The Speedrun GTM team is seeking a high-impact professional to drive operational rigor and commercial execution across our early-stage startup programs. This role sits at the intersection of data, partnerships, and program leadership – working directly alongside internal teams, cross-functional partners, and marketplace vendors, owning the infrastructure to drive GTM metrics and insights and leading our AI-first operational strategy. The ideal candidate brings a rare combination of analytical rigor, hands-on AI fluency, and the commercial instincts to understand GTM strategies – all while building genuine relationships with program partners and operating with the speed and adaptability that early-stage environments demand.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in go-to-market roles, including but not limited to operations, strategy, strategic partnerships, or management consulting, ideally spanning both structured enterprise environments and high-velocity startup or technology companies
  • Demonstrated track record of defining and operationalizing KPIs, building reporting frameworks, and clearly communicating program performance to executive stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI-powered workflows and automation tools; a demonstrated ability to identify where AI meaningfully accelerates operations
  • Exceptional cross-functional operator with a talent for building lasting relationships across diverse stakeholder groups and maintaining alignment and momentum in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities, with the ability to build business cases and present data-driven insights with clarity
  • Low ego, high agency, and energized by ambiguous, 0→1 challenges and comfortable operating without a defined playbook

  • Skilled negotiator with a track record of sourcing, structuring, and closing high-value vendor or technology partnerships is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build the performance measurement foundation for Speedrun’s GTM programs – defining KPIs, designing AI-assisted tracking workflows, and surfacing program impacts to our Partners.
  • Work with our software and data teams to define Speedrun’s GTM AI strategy, driving internal alignment on an AI-first approach, and accelerating day-to-day GTM program operations through thoughtful automation.
  • Build AI-native tooling for new GTM projects, such as automated outbound sales approach, in an effort to hit predetermined KPIs.
  • Create and execute strategy for our self-serve marketplace platform, including technology roadmap and product prioritization.
  • Interface with partners as needed.
