Salesforce is seeking an experienced Manager to join the GTM Growth Strategy team to help fuel sustainable, scalable, and accelerated growth. The role involves partnering with Sales and cross-functional leaders to define, activate, and execute revenue-unlocking initiatives. This includes conducting current state analysis, developing revenue models, and optimizing the GTM model to unlock growth in underpenetrated markets/segments and focus on high-impact growth opportunities. Projects will encompass leading strategic programs, multi-product GTM design for AI and consumption offerings, GTM framework development, market segmentation, pipeline analysis, performance measurement, and external research. Key deliverables include robust analysis and recommendations presented to executive leadership. The ideal candidate is a "strategic doer" who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, can turn complex data into clear recommendations, fosters collaboration, builds coalitions, and communicates confidently to senior leadership.
