About The Position

Sawtooth Software is seeking a GTM & Growth Analyst to help build a modern, scalable go-to-market engine. This role will focus on combining strong messaging, thoughtful marketing, and well-designed systems to drive measurable growth. The position reports directly to the Chief Growth Officer and offers a unique opportunity to shape how Sawtooth brings its products to market, expand its reach, and help customers understand the full capabilities of Sawtooth for their research needs.

Requirements

  • 2 + years of experience in marketing, growth, or go-to-market roles
  • Proven ability to drive campaigns or initiatives that generate measurable business results
  • Strong copywriting and messaging skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or some related field
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, market research, or analytics
  • Familiarity with HubSpot (marketing automation, workflows)
  • Experience with outbound or growth experimentation
  • Comfort working with technical concepts (APIs, integrations, data)

Responsibilities

  • Help design and optimize Sawtooth’s go-to-market motion across inbound, outbound, and product-led growth (PLG).
  • Build scalable systems for lead capture, nurturing, routing, and follow-up.
  • Partner closely with sales to improve pipeline generation, demo conversion, and overall revenue efficiency.
  • Establish clear attribution and reporting to understand what drives growth.
  • Develop and execute outbound and inbound campaigns as structured experiments with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes.
  • Build repeatable playbooks to reach key segments of the market.
  • Continuously test messaging, channels, and offers to improve performance.
  • Help refine Sawtooth’s brand and positioning in the market.
  • Help with the development of clear, compelling messaging that communicates our unique value: A complete survey platform for all research needs, Best-in-class quant methods and tools, Exceptional technical support.
  • Create and oversee campaigns across email, web, content, and social channels.
  • Develop campaigns and programs to increase adoption within current accounts.
  • Work with sales to target ideal customers who could benefit from consolidating their research tools with Sawtooth.
  • Promote new capabilities such as APIs, sample integration, and emerging AI features.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and leadership to align priorities and messaging.
  • Translate product features into clear customer value and go-to-market strategies.
  • Improve sales efficiency through better targeting, tools, and messaging.
  • Help plan and execute webinars, conferences, and industry events.
  • Assist in tasks that establish Sawtooth as a thought leader in modern research and analytics.
  • Ensure strong follow-up and conversion from all events and inbound interest.
  • Track and improve key metrics such as demos, conversion rates, CAC, and pipeline contribution.
  • Use data to continuously refine strategy and execution.
  • Stay current on industry trends, tools, and emerging GTM practices.
