The company is seeking a GTM Operations Analyst to support and optimize the systems, data, and workflows that power their go-to-market teams. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone early in their career interested in operations, analytics, and how SaaS companies scale revenue. The analyst will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the CRM (HubSpot), supporting Sales and Customer Success teams, and helping ensure data is clean, actionable, and useful across the organization. The role emphasizes HubSpot data hygiene, enforcing field standards, auditing records regularly, and holding Flowcode accountable to HubSpot as the single source of truth for all go-to-market data. Over time, the analyst will also work with internal data and reporting tools to help generate insights and visuals that support business decisions and customer conversations.
