About The Position

About the Role We're looking for a GTM & Operations hire to help build and scale FLORA's go-to-market engine. You'll operate at the cross-functional center of our GTM motion — building the systems that drive high-leverage distribution and growth, and ensuring every user, partner, and prospect experiences the full value of FLORA. This role is ideal for someone who moves fast, thinks strategically, and thrives when they're the one pushing things across the finish line.

Responsibilities

  • Take new GTM initiatives from 0 to 1: ship a v1, pilot it, gather feedback, and iterate. This could include kicking off a startup partnership program or exploring marketplace partnerships.
  • Bring new ideas to the table for how to drive growth. Stay on top of the industry, identify how FLORA fits in the market, and find ways to differentiate and stand out.
  • Community activation: build and nurture FLORA's community across our creative partners, student users, and power users — identifying high-leverage ways to deepen engagement and scale community-driven growth.
  • Help scale existing initiatives to drive growth. Work cross-functionally across GTM, Sales, and Marketing to maximize impact from what's already working.
  • Drive cross-functional execution and communication across Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Product — keep us aligned and clear on priorities.
  • Provide structure where there is ambiguity. Clarify the decision to be made, define constraints, propose an approach, and drive to execution. Build workflows and automations that streamline operations and leverage AI tools to increase efficiency.
