Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress provides enterprise-grade, fully owned, and managed cybersecurity products to protect all businesses, not just the top 1%. They currently protect over 4 million endpoints and 7 million identities worldwide, empowering underresourced IT teams with effective protection. As a Principal Analyst embedded within the fast-moving Marketing and GTM organization, you will act as the crucial link between data and strategy. Your role involves translating complex, ambiguous business questions into sharp insights that directly influence the company's growth trajectory. You are expected to proactively identify valuable ideas, challenge assumptions, and deliver recommendations that significantly enhance marketing efficiency and drive measurable growth. This position requires working at the intersection of data, strategy, and storytelling, collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional GTM partners on various initiatives, including campaign performance, pipeline attribution, customer segmentation, and market opportunity sizing. The ideal candidate is someone who not only answers difficult questions but also excels at identifying which questions are most critical to ask, thriving on transforming complexity into clarity and influencing high-level decisions.
