CharterUP is seeking a highly skilled and resourceful Principal Recruiter to operate as a strategic partner to the Head of Talent Acquisition. This role will function as a true extension of leadership, owning complex and high-impact searches across our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization while driving recruiting strategy, execution, and hiring outcomes. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for critical roles, including senior and leadership hires, while managing a meaningful requisition load. This is a fast-paced, high-expectation role that requires both high-volume execution and the ability to navigate ambiguous, hard-to-fill searches with precision. You will be trusted to operate with a high degree of autonomy, step into executive-level conversations, and influence hiring decisions at the highest levels of the organization.
