About The Position

We are looking for a GTM Finance Analyst to join our Go-To-Market Finance team. This is a generalist role with broad exposure across consumer revenue, sales revenue, sales and marketing operating expenses, and unit economics. You’ll partner closely with operators and functional leaders across the GTM organization to translate strategy into execution and help inform key business decisions

Requirements

  • 2+ years of progressive experience in investment banking, FP&A, strategic finance, or related fields
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • Advanced financial modeling skills, with the ability to independently build end-to-end, assumption-driven models from scratch
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for senior and non-finance stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and revenue recognition
  • Extreme attention to detail with a high regard for precision
  • Bias for action, curiosity, and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.

Responsibilities

  • Build and refine financial models to evaluate business performance, unit economics, and ROI
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reporting that incorporate value and investment levers, supporting senior leadership in making informed decisions
  • Perform variance analysis between actuals, forecasts, and plans; drive deep root-cause analysis and clear explanations for leadership.
  • Partner with our Strategic Finance, Accounting, and Data teams on ad hoc projects to improve financial reporting and data.
  • Leverage AI and automation to streamline financial processes, build efficiencies, and enhance reporting and forecasting capabilities
  • Partner closely with operators and functional leaders to translate strategy into execution
