The Revenue Operations team works cross-functionally to bring excellence to the way FareHarbor’s client-facing teams operate. As an Analyst, GTM Incentive Management, you will support the design, administration, and optimization of our global sales incentive programs while delivering data-driven insights that improve sales performance. In this role, you will help manage our global commissions process and incentive compensation systems, working closely with Sales leadership, Finance, Business Intelligence, and Operations teams to ensure programs are executed accurately and efficiently. You will also analyze sales performance data to identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of incentive programs, and support strategic decisions that drive revenue growth. Your work will contribute to the development of scalable incentive structures and operational improvements that enable FareHarbor’s client-facing teams to perform at their best.
