Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of data management and data project experience, preferable experience with consumer products company.
  • Systems knowledge or ability to learn quickly: SAP, Business Warehouse, Salesforce.com
  • Highly Proficient in all Microsoft Office Software, especially MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Advanced analytics tool proficiency (Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, SQL, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of monthly, quarterly, annual incentive payouts utilizing various cross-functional inputs including HR Rosters, SAP results, payout schedules, and exceptions criteria.
  • Business Administrator for Xactly Incentive Management Platform which includes back-end sequel coding.
  • Work with sales, finance, and HR teams to identify business requirements and implement the incentive plan strategy.
  • Facilitate the distribution of incentive calculations and approvals across sales leadership team.
  • Develop and distribute Incentive Performance Reporting.
  • Partner with finance to establish Incentive modeling and forecasting, including accrual management.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and problem solving as it relates to account assignments, sales incentive calculations, and external data.
  • Execute improvement initiatives related to the enhancement and automation of systems and processes assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.
