The Sr Analyst, Incentive Compensation Systems will independently manage and drive compensation projects, taking the lead on supporting business leaders and the Incentive Team with implementing changes and requests for the supported systems. This individual will partner with all stakeholders and support teams to provide guidance on the capabilities and limitations for implementing changes. This position requires a highly analytical person with a background in Finance and Data Analytics, who is comfortable with multiple compensation and HRIS systems, solving complex business problems and performing detailed statistical and financial data analysis that can be acted upon to improve the internal operation and overall understanding of compensation processes and structures, and also has a strong interest in systems and identifying new technology that can create a better experience.
