GTM Lead

LawdieAtlanta, GA

About The Position

Lawdie Legal is a company focused on automating the legal industry, which is known for being highly regulated and trusted but historically lacking in automation. Lawdie is developing an AI-native back office solution for law firms, encompassing billing, matter management, document generation, prosecution workflows, and agentic automation. The goal is to replace existing fragmented solutions with a reliable system for sensitive legal work. The company has already made inroads into the AmLaw 200, has multiple firms using its platform, and is experiencing rapid growth. They have recently secured their first venture round and are planning to raise their next round soon. The team is small, allowing for significant impact on real firms and matters.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in GTM, sales, marketing, partnerships, or customer-facing operations — startup experience is a strong plus
  • Excellent writing and communication — a clear email, a sharp brief, event copy, an internal update, with minimal editing
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail across spreadsheets, calendars, task lists, and CRM records
  • An analytical mindset — you turn messy activity into a clean view of what worked, what didn't, and what's next
  • A bias for ownership: you can pick up a project with no playbook, ask the right questions, and pull in the right people

  • Own CRM hygiene and operations — outreach sequences, meeting notes, lead source tracking, follow-up workflows that hold up as we scale
  • Build reporting that connects GTM activity to results: meetings booked, pipeline created, event ROI, customer feedback, next steps
  • Partner directly with product, legal, sales, and operations to turn field feedback into sharper demos, collateral, and launch plans
  • Travel to industry events and firm visits as part of the role
