GTM Enterprise Lead

Inductive Bio

About The Position

At Inductive Bio, we’re helping drug hunters find better medicines, faster. Our platform includes best in class ADMET models, human dose projection tools, Indy, our AI medicinal chemistry assistant, and AI enabled synthesis and testing services. Together, these offerings help biotech and pharma teams make better decisions across the full design, make, test, analyze cycle. Our Beacon 1 models placed first in the three most recent OpenADMET blind challenges. We have raised $30M from leading investors and were selected for a $21M ARPA H CATALYST contract in collaboration with Amgen. As adoption of our products and services grows, we are looking for a GTM Enterprise Lead to deepen our work with large pharma by shaping and scaling offerings around their most important needs. You will work directly with pharma leaders and scientists, alongside our internal teams, to uncover opportunities, develop and test new offerings, and rapidly iterate based on customer feedback. You will then help build the commercial strategy to bring those offerings to market at scale. This is an opportunity to take meaningful ownership of a critical growth area for Inductive. You will help define what we build, how we bring it to market, and how we grow our partnerships with large pharma, with the opportunity to expand your scope and leadership as the business scales.
