Our AI start-up client is building its go-to-market function for the first time, following the recent hires of Head of Sales and CS and Head of Marketing. The People team needs a dedicated recruiter to own all GTM hiring. This is a zero-to-one build role with high autonomy, and direct interface with senior marketing and CS leaders. The role is a six-month contract to hire position, with the possibility of conversion sooner than six months. The client is located in Redwood City, and to be considered for full-time conversion, candidates will need to be on-site at least three days a week. Remote Bay Area candidates will be considered, but they will not have a chance of converting to full-time. The functional priority for this role is hiring for Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales positions. Immediate requisitions include Growth Marketing Lead (P0), Influencer Marketing Manager (P0), Social Media Manager (P1), Senior Motion Designer (P1), Community Manager (P2, TBD), and Marketing Operations (P2, TBD).
