About The Position

The GTM Engineer is a senior individual contributor on InvestNext’s Commercial team, reporting to the CCO, with no direct reports. The role owns the data, systems, and processes behind the company’s commercial engine and combines strategic direction with hands-on execution. It provides Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams with reliable definitions, data, and tools to acquire and retain customers. Initial priorities include establishing consistent definitions for core metrics, improving and enriching account data, and making Salesforce the trusted system of record for reporting and forecasting. The role consults system users, manages change through testing and communication, and measures success through commercial outcomes such as pipeline creation, sales cycle time, and retention. As the sole owner of this function, the GTM Engineer works with executive leaders and has autonomy to shape commercial priorities and systems. The role builds and maintains the data foundation, connected technology ecosystem, reporting, forecasts, and workflows that support growth. It owns tool selection and implementation, data enrichment, integrations, automation, user adoption, troubleshooting, and request prioritization, while deciding whether work should be built, purchased, automated, or handled by Engineering or Finance. InvestNext is a connected real estate investment management platform serving General Partners and Investor Relations teams. The company aims to make real estate investing more accessible and transparent. The position is fully remote across the United States.
