  • Hands-on experience with modern GTM and AI tools, such as Claude Code, Clay, Instantly, and n8n.
  • Practical technical ability, including working with APIs, light coding, and connecting systems to automate workflows.
  • Experience translating business objectives into actionable GTM strategies and technical implementations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain recommendations to founders and growth leaders, incorporate feedback, and adjust solutions in real time.
  • A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving and comfort operating independently in ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to work in person in San Francisco, CA, or New York, NY.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Own client engagements end-to-end, including kickoff meetings, recurring strategy discussions, and delivery with client founders and heads of growth.
  • Develop ideal customer profiles by analyzing closed-won deals, customer data, and sales call transcripts to identify high-value segments and targeting criteria.
  • Build prioritized, tiered prospect lists using verified company and contact data.
  • Configure and optimize outbound infrastructure by integrating data sources, outreach platforms, and automation tools.
  • Develop inbound and outbound campaigns informed by buyer intent, engagement activity, and other relevant business signals.
  • Integrate APIs, AI tools, and GTM platforms to create reliable, scalable workflows.
  • Measure and optimize workflow effectiveness, connecting implementation decisions to pipeline generation, conversion, and revenue outcomes.
  • Turn repeatable client implementations into reusable templates, playbooks, and service offerings.
  • Contribute to service design, tooling decisions, pricing, and the evolution of the team's operating model.
