About The Position

Cartesia is hiring a growth-minded GTM Engineer to architect and build the systems, tooling, and AI-powered workflows that power our go-to-market organization. You’ll partner directly with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Recruiting, and leadership teams to design scalable operational infrastructure, deploy AI-native workflows and agents, and improve how Cartesia acquires, serves, and grows customers. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, data, AI systems, and GTM strategy, with broad ownership over how our GTM stack is structured, secured, and scaled over time.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering, internal tooling, GTM engineering, RevOps engineering, or data infrastructure roles.
  • Strong architectural instincts and systems thinking — designs durable platforms instead of disconnected point solutions.
  • Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, SQL, APIs, and modern data tooling.
  • Experience designing CRM architectures and operational workflows in Salesforce and/or HubSpot.
  • Experience shipping AI/LLM-powered workflows, agents, or automation systems in production environments.
  • Strong intuition around how AI agents and workflows should be structured, orchestrated, secured, maintained, and reused across a broader GTM ecosystem.
  • Ability to connect technical decisions directly to GTM outcomes and operational leverage.
  • Ability to communicate technical trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • High ownership and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience designing internal platforms where multiple agents, workflows, or automations can build on shared context and infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with modern AI tooling ecosystems, retrieval systems, orchestration frameworks, and prompt engineering workflows.
  • Experience implementing CRM governance, role-based access controls, audit logging, and secure-by-default operational systems.
  • Founder mentality or strong interest in shaping GTM strategy through engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve Cartesia’s GTM systems, tooling, and operational infrastructure with high agency.
  • Architect durable, scalable GTM platforms that support AI-native workflows and compound over time — not disconnected point solutions.
  • Design and implement AI-powered workflows, automations, and internal tools from scratch.
  • Build shared infrastructure for agents, workflows, and operational systems with strong foundations around security, governance, and maintainability.
  • Build reliable data pipelines and integrations across systems including Salesforce, HubSpot, and internal platforms.
  • Partner directly with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to turn operational pain points into durable engineering solutions.
  • Improve the speed, quality, and leverage of GTM operations through thoughtful systems design and automation.
