About The Position

GTM Ops Engineer @ Sandstone We’re looking for someone to build the systems that move deals forward. This role is all about the heart of the funnel: pipeline management, opportunity workflows, deal acceleration, and post-sale handoffs. You’ll work closely with go-to-market leaders to turn high-level goals into real, scalable systems. You’ll spot gaps, solve for edge cases, and make sure the entire funnel—from first meeting to renewal—runs smoothly and intelligently.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in GTM systems, revenue operations, or sales architecture at a fast-moving company
  • Built or owned systems that support sales pipelines, post-sale processes, and customer lifecycle ops
  • Enjoy working closely with non-technical teams and can turn messy problems into clean system design
  • Strong sense of curiosity, tinkering and hacking
  • Strong grasp of tools in the modern GTM stack as well as SQL
  • Excitement about the potential of AI to make sales and customer workflows smarter and more automated

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the systems that power our opportunity management, sales handoffs, forecasting, and post-sale workflows
  • Design AI-native automations that surface next-best actions, trigger timely follow-ups, and improve deal velocity
  • Connect GTM tools into one cohesive stack—and evolve that stack as we scale
  • Work side-by-side with Sales, and Customer teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Balance long-term scalability with short-term speed; we’re growing fast, and we need systems that can keep up
