About The Position

Icreon is seeking a GTM Engineer who approaches pipeline generation, market presence, and revenue growth with an engineering mindset. This role owns the systems and workflows responsible for reaching the right people at the right time with the right message, building scalable and repeatable infrastructure. The GTM Engineer will be embedded with the Sales team, working on account-based pursuits, outbound campaigns, and content designed to drive commercial momentum. Success will be measured by pipeline generation, not impressions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a GTM, growth, demand generation, or revenue marketing role, ideally in B2B services, consulting, or technology.
  • Hands-on experience building and running outbound campaigns with measurable pipeline outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce content that drives commercial outcomes, not just engagement.
  • Familiarity with modern GTM tooling across enrichment, sequencing, automation, and CRM.
  • Systems thinker — ability to build repeatable infrastructure, not one-off campaigns.
  • Technically comfortable — ability to configure tools, build automations, and connect APIs without needing an engineer.
  • Strong writer — ability to produce sharp, specific, human-sounding outreach and content at speed.
  • Commercially oriented — understanding of Sales needs and ability to translate them into GTM execution.
  • Analytically honest — ability to measure what matters and eliminate ineffective strategies.
  • AI Fluency: Operating at the frontier of AI for GTM execution.
  • Proficiency in AI tools for prospecting and enrichment (e.g., Apollo, Cognism, Clearbit, Clay).
  • Proficiency in workflow automation tools (e.g., AirOps, n8n) with LLM integration.
  • Experience with personalized video outreach tools (e.g., HeyGen).
  • Experience with AI tools for campaign and brand content creation (e.g., Higgsfield, Seedance, Runway).
  • Proficiency in AI writing tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copy.ai) for drafting outreach, case studies, and campaign assets.
  • Experience with intent signal routing tools (e.g., 6sense, HockeyStack, Cargo).
  • Experience with SEO and content intelligence tools (e.g., Perplexity, Ahrefs, Semrush) alongside AI.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and run campaigns to generate qualified pipeline for Sales, owning sequencing, targeting logic, messaging, and iteration cadence.
  • Support Account-Based Pursuits by working directly with Sales on specific account targets, building personalized outreach, research dossiers, and campaign assets.
  • Produce content (posts, articles, case studies, thought leadership) explicitly designed to create commercial conversations, with a defined target audience and intended next action.
  • Own Icreon's search presence as a demand channel, identifying gaps, building content, and measuring what drives inbound from target buyer profiles.
  • Own the marketing toolstack, including CRM hygiene, sequencing tools, enrichment, automation, and analytics, building workflows to eliminate manual effort and surface signal from noise.
