About The Position

As our first GTM Engineer, you will be the lead architect of our commercial infrastructure. You don’t just manage tools; you build the technical engine that powers our entire customer journey. Your mission is to bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and technical execution by designing, developing, and maintaining the automated systems that enable our sales, marketing, and success teams to scale. This is a high-impact, "full-stack" operations role. You will treat our internal GTM stack with the same rigor as a production product—focusing on system architecture, data integrity, and automated workflows. You will be the technical glue between Sales, Post-Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product, ensuring our Go-to-Market strategy is translated into a seamless, programmatic reality.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in technical Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, or Sales Systems, or with a heavy emphasis on systems architecture and workflow automation.
  • Engineering Mindset: A proven track record of building complex business logic and treating internal operations as a scalable product.
  • Integration Expertise: Advanced experience with APIs, webhooks, and middleware (e.g., Zapier, Clay, Workato, or Tray.io) to sync data across the revenue stack.
  • CRM/Tech Stack Mastery: Deep technical expertise in Salesforce and a variety of GTM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Unify, Clay, n8n).
  • Logic & Schema Design: Strong ability to design relational data models and map complex business processes into clean, automated system logic.
  • Problem Solving: A builder mentality—you enjoy taking messy, manual processes and turning them into scalable, streamlined, automated workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to translate non-technical requirements from our GTM team into technical specifications and vice versa.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical roadmap for the GTM tech stack (CRM, Marketing Automation, CPQ, etc.), ensuring all tools are integrated into a cohesive, scalable ecosystem.
  • Identify manual bottlenecks across the lead-to-cash lifecycle and engineer automated solutions to reduce "human-in-the-loop" friction and increase team velocity.
  • Design and maintain the data pipelines between disparate GTM tools. You will ensure data flows accurately between systems to provide a single source of truth for revenue reporting.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to operationalize new features and pricing models within our internal systems, ensuring they are technically supported and billable.
  • Build the infrastructure for the entire customer journey—from automated lead routing and scoring to programmatic renewal and expansion workflows.
  • Act as the primary administrator for core GTM platforms, treating configuration as code. You will manage permissions, environment deployments, and technical debt within our stack.
  • Build the logic for advanced performance dashboards, translating raw system data into actionable insights regarding sales velocity, conversion health, and platform adoption.
  • Leverage AI agents and tools (including Claude) to accelerate development from prototyping integrations and automating repetitive GTM workflows to generating and iterating on code faster across the stack.
