Requirements

  • 5–8 years in a demand gen, growth, or marketing operations role with a strong technical edge
  • Hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, Hubspot, etc. (tool experience is directional, not a checklist; ability to ramp fast with different tools is valued)
  • Obsession with AI tools; ability to follow the space, experiment, and advise on trade-offs and best practices.
  • Proven ability to build systems, not just run campaigns.
  • Data-driven learning; ability to measure outcomes and make informed adjustments using data.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build our agentic lead gen infrastructure from the ground up, including workflows, tooling, and automation logic.
  • Source, enrich, and qualify leads at scale using AI tools, with a focus on warm, network-informed outreach.
  • Work directly with AEs to understand what a "good lead" looks like, then systematize it.
  • Build and iterate on multi-signal targeting models that identify the right buyers at the right time.
  • Structure multi-channel campaigns around these targets and experiment relentlessly to optimize ORs, CTRs, and CPL.
  • Own the feedback loop between lead quality and conversion, investigating and fixing issues.
  • Partner with RevOps to ensure clean data handoffs and CRM hygiene (HubSpot).
  • Run structured test-and-learn experiments to continuously improve conversion rates and pipeline contribution.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation ($130,000 - $175,000) plus equity.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Generous PTO
