About The Position

Replit is seeking a GTM AI Operations Lead, Demand Generation to spearhead the integration of AI and automation within their Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. This role is designed for an individual who excels as both an operator and an architect, possessing a deep understanding of Salesforce and the broader GTM technology stack. The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding revenue team workflows and passionate about creating AI-driven systems that reduce manual tasks and provide actionable insights for sales representatives and leaders. This position will be central to the deal lifecycle, focusing on lead funnel management, automation for lead nurturing, and optimizing the demand generation process into a highly efficient operation.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, GTM Systems, or a similar field, with significant experience supporting an enterprise sales motion.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce and Marketing Databases, including building, debugging, and understanding data models, automation, and permissions beyond basic UI navigation.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing automations, preferably including LLM- or AI-driven workflows (agents, prompt-based tools, or AI features in GTM systems).
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to extract and analyze pipeline data, critically evaluate findings, and communicate them clearly.
  • Proficiency in building with no/low-code automation platforms or API integrations to enable prototyping without engineering support.
  • A preference for building maintainable and trustworthy systems over complex, fragile solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience establishing a RevOps, Marketing Ops, or GTM Systems function from an early stage.
  • Familiarity with conversation intelligence platforms and operationalizing their data.
  • Prior experience integrating AI/LLM tools with CRM data under read-only or strictly controlled permissions.
  • Background in a high-growth, AI-native, or developer-focused company.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain AI-powered automations for the top of the funnel, including lead routing and efficient distribution among GTM roles and processes.
  • Manage systems that ensure data cleanliness and trustworthiness for reliable reporting and AI outputs.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and resolve bottlenecks through automation that addresses root causes.
  • Integrate and orchestrate the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, lead routing, enrichment, sequencing tools) with AI agents and workflows.
  • Develop internal tools and lightweight applications to deliver AI insights directly to reps and managers within their existing workflows.
  • Establish guidelines for secure and governed AI usage with revenue data, including permissioning, access controls, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
  • Translate high-level automation requests into well-defined, measurable, and maintainable systems.
