Demand Generation Lead

About The Position

This role is responsible for architecting and executing a multi-channel demand generation strategy that drives qualified pipeline. The individual will build campaigns from concept to conversion, establish foundational systems and processes, and optimize the funnel based on data. Success will involve establishing key metrics, building dashboards for real-time visibility, and fostering a test-and-learn culture. The role also includes hiring and developing a team of demand generation specialists, attracting top talent, and coaching them to excellence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on demand generation.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling demand generation programs, preferably at a startup or high-growth company.
  • Experience managing and developing a team of marketers.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, lead scoring, and funnel optimization.
