As a member of the Growth Strategy team, you'll own the performance management infrastructure that keeps Charlie Health's Outreach organization accountable as it scales. This role is the central point of execution for how sales performance is measured, reported, and acted on — owning recurring workflows like monthly goal tracking, quarterly bonus calculations, and biannual KPI reviews, while partnering with leadership on compensation plan design, performance reform initiatives, and ad hoc analytics. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure incentive structures are well-designed, payouts are accurate, and goals are deployed with the right tracking in place from day one. You'll build and maintain the scorecards, dashboards, and reporting materials that give leadership a reliable, org-wide view of performance, and you'll continuously look for ways to make these workflows more scalable and repeatable as the organization grows. Over time, you'll ramp into greater ownership of compensation plan design, performance analytics, and strategic projects that shape how Charlie Health measures and manages its sales organization. You'll be given a high level of autonomy and responsibility, and we expect you to "think like an owner" — bringing rigor, accuracy, and good judgment to work that directly impacts how reps are paid and how leadership makes decisions.
