About The Position
Hedge is hiring a founding growth operator to build the systems that turn market opportunity into repeatable revenue. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move from analysis to campaign to operating process without waiting for a large team. You will work directly with the founders, own a consequential part of the company, and help define how the function works as we scale.
Requirements
- Combine analytical depth with a bias to ship
- Comfortable in spreadsheets, systems, and customer conversations
- Can distinguish a useful signal from a vanity metric
- Early-stage experience is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Build the growth data model, dashboards, attribution, and operating cadence
- Design and run acquisition, activation, and expansion experiments
- Create lifecycle programs for agencies, prospects, and dormant opportunities
- Improve lead routing, enrichment, segmentation, and conversion across the funnel
- Partner with sales, product, and markets to turn insight into execution
- Document the playbooks that let a small team scale
