About The Position

Builders represents exceptional builders and connects them with startups that match their ambition. We work with top Seed–Series F startups, including Ramp, Greptile, Poetic, and Blockit, to place exceptional talent across every function, from engineering to operations. You'll be our first growth hire, owning growth for the entire Builders platform. Builders is a two-sided marketplace: candidates on one side, companies on the other. Growth on one side compounds the other. Your job is to find the loops that make that flywheel spin, then build the systems that keep it spinning.

Requirements

• High agency: ability to identify needs, take ownership, and execute end-to-end without waiting for permission.
• First-principles thinking: ability to reason from hypotheses and test new ideas.
• Technical skills: ability to contribute directly to product development for campaign tools.
• Creativity: ability to find original angles and invent new channels.
• Analytical skills: ability to scope projects by projected ROI, set KPI targets, prioritize with data and intuition, and know when to end experiments.
• Social skills: genuine enjoyment of hosting and ability to create engaging events.

Responsibilities

• Launch signature creative campaigns to attract builders.
• Design and ship a referral program engineered for virality.
• Host in-person events such as dinners, demo nights, and hackathons to build community.
• Grow Builders' social media presence and run campaigns to establish "represented by Builders" as a status symbol.
• Attend conferences where builders and founders gather to generate pipeline for both sides of the marketplace.
