About The Position

Arceus is building the AI-native law firm for the next generation of category-defining companies. We help fast-moving companies move contracts through legal at record speed, with transparency, predictable pricing, and exceptional quality. We are hiring a Founding Growth to help us execute everything it takes to build a generational company. You will run the programs that put us in front of the right people, test new channels, and turn what works into repeatable systems. We have extremely high ambitions. You should too. This is an in-person role based in San Francisco.

Requirements

2-5 years of work experience; startup, high-growth, or founder/builder background a strong plus
You are relentless, and will work 12+ hours per day, 6 days a week (yes, including weekends)
You thrive in an environment with an exceptionally high bar, where everyone is expected to go above and beyond
You own outcomes from start to finish and have a track record of never dropping the ball
You are exceptionally organized and disciplined
You move at an incredible pace and have insane urgency to deliver results
You respond to setbacks with resilience, resourcefulness, and a determination to find a way

Responsibilities

Own and execute events, and conferences end to end including logistics, guest lists, and follow-up
Run growth experiments across conferences, launches, brand moments and new channels, and scale what’s working
Drive product and feature launches from planning through execution
Build partnerships with investors, accelerators, and founder communities that put us in the room
Own the operational stack behind growth: CRM, sequencing, tracking, and automation
Build the operational systems and playbooks that let us scale what's working
Jump on whatever needs doing to keep the company moving fast
