The specialist will be expected to make smart bets, test quickly, and build on what works, rather than relying on a rigid playbook or large ad budgets. This is a hands-on role for someone who prefers getting work live over perfecting plans, and who is motivated by solving real problems. While there is strong leadership support, the day-to-day will involve owning the function, driving activity, learning from results, and shaping how growth marketing is done at TLN. The company is looking for someone to build and drive marketing, not just support it.
