About The Position

Seegrid is a leader in autonomous mobile robots and self-driving industrial vehicles, delivering vision-guided vehicles, enterprise software, and proven autonomous solutions to global leaders in manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics. The Growth Marketing Specialist will be the technical architect of the marketing engine, working closely with the Director of Marketing to translate high-level strategy into functional, high-performing reality. This role involves visual storytelling, digital architecture for marketing funnels, execution of SEO, gen-AI, and Google Ads strategies, data analysis using Google Analytics, and website/social media management.

Requirements

3+ Years of Hands-On Marketing Experience
Marketing generalist with the ability to jump into any project
Hands-on, multi-faceted, and eager to build skill set across the entire marketing stack
Highly familiar with Google Analytics, SEO, and AdWords
Understanding of gen-AI discoverability
Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite is encouraged
Enjoy working cross-departmentally to turn visions into market-ready assets

Responsibilities

Partner with the Director to lead visual storytelling, using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Figma to create assets that define the Seegrid brand.
Build and maintain marketing funnels, collaborating on the logic behind landing pages, email triggers, and lead captures utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Execute and continue to build SEO, gen-AI, and Google Ads strategies, optimizing for peak performance based on market credibility, corporate goals, and product roadmap initiatives.
Use Google Analytics and campaign analyses to turn user behavior into actionable insights.
Manage website updates, collateral refinements, presentation decks, and Seegrid's social media to ensure marketing is always present and brand-consistent.
Represent Seegrid at industry trade shows and conferences (2-3 times per year).
