About The Position

STAN AI is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize outbound marketing campaigns. This role is execution-heavy, focusing on designing, launching, tracking, and iterating on campaigns to drive demo bookings. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with cold email platforms, CRM workflows, and data analysis, with a strong bias for action and rapid experimentation. You will report directly to the Head of Growth Marketing and play a key role in scaling the company's outbound machine.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in B2B growth, demand gen, or outbound marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with cold email platforms (Instantly strongly preferred; Smartlead, Lemlist, or Apollo Outbound also accepted).
  • Proficiency in HubSpot (workflows, sequences, lists, dashboards).
  • Comfort with enrichment tools (Clay strongly preferred, or a track record of learning new tools quickly).
  • Data fluency: ability to analyze campaign dashboards and distinguish signal from noise.
  • A bias toward shipping: preference for launching campaigns quickly rather than waiting for perfection.

Nice To Haves

  • B2B SaaS background.
  • Experience in property management, real estate, HOA/condo, or association management.
  • Experience with PhantomBuster or similar scraping tools.
  • Familiarity with AI-native workflows (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.).
  • Experience with personalized video at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Launch and manage cold email campaigns in Instantly across 100–200 inboxes, including sequence design, warm-up, deliverability, and inbox rotation.
  • Build, enrich, and segment target lists in Clay using waterfall enrichment (Apollo, LinkedIn, PMS stack detection, CAI directory sources).
  • Run CRM workflows, sequences, lists, and reporting in HubSpot.
  • Track campaign performance daily (deliverability, opens, replies, meetings booked) and provide a weekly report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Support event-driven campaigns around conferences.
  • Conduct weekly experiments to test, measure, deliver, and scale marketing efforts with fast cycles.
