About The Position

As the Growth Marketing Specialist, you will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media and search marketing campaigns. You will manage all aspects of digital advertising, including search engine marketing (SEM), paid social media, and display advertising, while working to achieve measurable results. You will also develop campaign strategies, monitor performance, analyze trends, and adjust tactics to meet marketing goals. A key responsibility is ensuring that campaigns are aligned with broader marketing strategies and contributing to business objectives, such as lead generation, revenue growth, and customer acquisition. In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of advanced experience in paid media, search marketing, and organic search (SEO), with demonstrated leadership in driving large-scale initiatives.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic advertising platforms, and SEO.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other advanced data analysis tools.
  • Extensive experience using project management tools like Asana, Jira, or Trello for high-level project oversight.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with external agencies, vendors, and platform representatives to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership decisions.
  • Expert project management and organizational skills, with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-faceted campaigns.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta certifications are an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of paid media, search marketing, and organic search (SEO) strategies to drive traffic, leads, and revenue growth across multiple platforms.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic display, and SEO, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Allocate and manage a multi-million-dollar budget to achieve optimal return on ad spend (ROAS) and cost efficiency.
  • Conduct audience research and refine targeting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Digital & Ecommerce, Brand, Communications, Sales) and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and cross-functional alignment.
  • Provide regular performance updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and progress tracking.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Data Analyst to create and maintain performance dashboards and reports, tracking key metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, ROI, and SEO performance.
  • Implement A/B testing and optimize ad creative, messaging, and targeting to improve campaign performance.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and platform representatives to optimize campaign performance.
  • Ensure proper tracking implementation, including tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion mechanisms.
