About The Position

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who can take a great idea and turn it into a live, profitable, beautifully-executed campaign without constant supervision. This role is for a marketer who thrives on shipping successful campaigns and owning outcomes. Profitable Tradie helps trades business owners build profitable businesses through a robust marketing engine including book funnels, webinars, ads, lead magnets, organic social, and a sales team. As a high-ticket coaching business, marketing success is measured by booked calls, show-up rates, and client results, with every campaign tied to specific numbers. This role is crucial for expanding our reach in the US market, which is currently underserved due to a lack of local cultural and market understanding. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in adapting our messaging and strategy to resonate with the American audience, driving significant growth.

Requirements

  • Previous experience marketing high-ticket products, coaching, or info products, with an understanding of funnels, offers, and call conversion psychology.
  • Hands-on experience with webinars, paid ads, organic social, and book launches (or a strong subset with the willingness to learn the rest).
  • Ability to balance creative marketing with data analysis, killing underperforming campaigns.
  • Proficiency in writing direct-response copy that converts.
  • Fluency with AI tools and a proactive approach to upskilling.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot, including building workflows and understanding data.
  • Being an American based in the US, with a strong understanding of US culture, language, and buying behavior relevant to trades businesses.
  • A proactive, competitive mindset with a desire to own responsibility and achieve measurable results.

  • Understanding of the construction/trades industry or a strong curiosity about it.
  • Experience localizing marketing across different countries and understanding the impact of cultural nuances.

Responsibilities

  • Building and launching webinar funnels end to end (registration, show-up sequences, offer, follow-up).
  • Designing and shipping quiz funnels for lead pre-qualification and pre-framing.
  • Increasing call show-up and conversion rates.
  • Developing and executing a LinkedIn strategy.
  • Owning and evolving the book funnel strategy.
  • Running and improving paid ads, organic social, and book launches.
  • Writing direct-response copy for emails, landing pages, ads, and scripts.
  • Proposing and justifying new marketing initiatives with data and logic.
