The Republic of Tea is looking for a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives that drive Ecommerce growth, customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue performance. In this role, you will help expand brand awareness, deepen customer relationships, and drive measurable business results across multiple marketing channels and customer touchpoints. In this role, you will develop and execute growth-focused marketing strategies that connect promotional planning, product launches, paid social, affiliate marketing, email and lifecycle marketing, direct mail, and performance analytics into a cohesive customer growth plan. You will partner closely with Ecommerce, Creative, Marketplace teams, and external agency partners to ensure campaigns are strategically planned, effectively executed, measured, and optimized. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about using data, creativity, and customer insights to drive measurable business results.
