Growth Marketing Manager
About The Position
Fullmind is a virtual education partner helping schools and districts solve teacher shortages with live instruction from state-certified educators. We're not a static platform — we're real classrooms, real teachers, and real relationships, delivered virtually and built around each district's curriculum, schedule, and students. Our mission is simple: every student deserves a qualified teacher, no matter their zip code or their district's staffing challenges. We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who's part strategist, part experimenter, part builder. You'll own the full funnel that turns district and school leaders into Fullmind partners — testing and optimizing the website that makes the first impression, running the HubSpot workflows that nurture a lead, and reporting the KPIs that tell the CAO what's working and what to try next. This is a high-ownership, individual-contributor role for a self-starter who can independently run growth campaigns, own our website, and manage marketing operations end-to-end, with full accountability for the results.
