We’re seeking a highly creative, AI-first Growth Marketing Manager to drive member activation across our employer (B2B2C) channel. This is a hands-on builder role for someone who is equally strong in strategy and execution—someone who can design growth systems, run campaigns, and use AI to fundamentally rethink how activation is done. You will operate as the “mission control” for member growth, partnering across Sales, Client Success, RevOps, PMM, Lifecycle Marketing, and Data to turn ideas into scalable, repeatable activation engines. We’re looking for individuals who actively experiment with new tools and workflows, bringing a creative, scrappy, and execution-first approach to growth. This role is intentionally scoped as a high-potential IC with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the function scales. This person has a high ownership mindset with a strong bias toward action, thrives in ambiguity, and operates effectively in fast-moving environments. Above all, they are deeply motivated by Function’s mission to transform healthcare and are excited to build and scale new ways of driving impact.
