About The Position

Join a team supporting a global suite of tools used daily by billions of individuals and trusted by over 6 million businesses worldwide. Our client provides seamlessly integrated solutions that connect devices, applications, and people to transform ideas into action. We are seeking a CRM-first Growth Marketer and Marketo expert to lead the next phase of our evolution. Positioned at the strategic center of Marketing, Product, and Sales, you will translate on-device AI value propositions into high-converting, automated journeys. Your mission is to scale a global database and develop it into a compounding revenue engine across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments. Please note this role is hybrid onsite in Mountain View, CA two days a week

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in B2B Growth Marketing or Demand Generation.
  • Marketo Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in Marketo is required. You should have a deep architectural understanding of the platform (certification preferred) and experience managing large-scale, complex instances.
  • Analytical Foundation: Proven ability to use CRM and media data to inform full-funnel marketing strategies.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • The "T-Shaped" Marketer: A specialist in technical CRM who also possesses a broad understanding of performance media and B2B product marketing.
  • Enterprise Hardware: Experience navigating the long sales cycles and procurement processes typical of enterprise hardware or fleet management.
  • AI Value Proposition: A clear understanding of how on-device AI shifts B2B productivity, with the ability to translate technical features into automated, benefit-driven messaging.
  • Advanced Scoring: Experience developing predictive lead scoring models that align marketing engagement with high-value hardware contracts

Responsibilities

  • Marketo Architecture & Strategy: Lead the end-to-end B2B lifecycle. You will design, implement, and optimize the complex nurture streams required to move prospects from initial interest to sales-qualified opportunities.
  • CRM-Driven Experimentation: Use the CRM as a primary testing environment. You will execute high-cadence A/B tests on email messaging, lead scoring models, and landing page conversions to identify the specific drivers of hardware adoption.
  • Full-Funnel Demand Generation: Connect our paid media efforts with CRM acquisition. You will ensure high-intent leads are accurately segmented and nurtured through personalized, data-driven workflows.
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment: Partner with Sales Operations to refine the lead-to-opportunity flow. You will own the "hand-off" logic, ensuring Sales teams have the behavioral context needed to prioritize and close deals.
  • Performance & Attribution: Use CRM data to track CAC and LTV by segment. You will be responsible for reporting on how CRM interventions directly impact bottom-line growth and device activation rates.
