About The Position

Textio is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to build their growth engine from scratch for their new product, Lavalier. This role involves defining the growth strategy, executing across various channels, and building repeatable systems. The ideal candidate is a marketer who can strategize, write copy, run experiments, analyze data, and iterate. This position requires a blend of strategy and hands-on execution to drive customer acquisition and conversion for a product-led growth model.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in growth marketing.
  • Hands-on experience in Product-Led Growth (PLG) and freemium models.
  • Ability to develop channel strategies and quarterly plans, and then execute by writing ad copy, building landing pages, and analyzing results.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with high standards for campaign conceptualization and execution.
  • Continuous development of knowledge in SEO/AEO, SEM, social platforms, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and create actionable narratives.
  • Proactive and initiative-taking approach to identifying and executing business needs.
  • Experience marketing to recruiters or TA leaders is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define the growth motion from scratch, identifying key channels, experiments, and metrics.
  • Own storytelling across acquisition channels including email, paid social, organic social, SEO/AEO, and sponsored content.
  • Write high-quality copy for ads, email sequences, landing pages, blog posts, and social content.
  • Create and execute ad concepts, including video for social media, in collaboration with a video lead and designer.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance workflow speed and output quality in growth marketing.
  • Optimize the user journey from first click to paid conversion by improving website and landing pages.
  • Design, execute, and measure marketing experiments to drive acquisition and conversion.
  • Build the measurement layer for growth metrics, analyze channel performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Manage campaigns, track performance, and optimize the funnel using tools like PostHog, HubSpot, and Webflow.
