The Growth Marketing Manager will own pipeline-driving marketing efforts at Sage. This role is responsible for developing and executing campaigns across channels, improving conversion throughout the funnel, and building repeatable systems that scale growth. This is a highly cross-functional, hands-on role. You’ll partner closely with Growth, Sales, and RevOps to ensure marketing programs translate directly into pipeline and revenue. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative—someone who moves quickly, tests rigorously, and continuously iterates based on performance.
