Cobalt is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This isn't a traditional demand gen role. We are shifting toward a sophisticated Growth Marketing framework that prioritizes high-quality account progression and buying committee penetration over raw lead volume. In this role, you will develop, execute, and measure integrated marketing plans designed to build and accelerate the regional sales pipeline across North America and EMEA regions. You will leverage your experience to deliver pipeline-impacting campaigns, advanced account-based marketing (ABM), customer marketing, and channel partner programs. With tight alignment with regional sales, you will utilize 6sense, Qualified, UserGems, and HubSpot to identify intent and track buyer movement, ensuring positive contributions for both new business and expansion pipeline. You are accountable, fearless in taking ownership, and ready to move beyond "lead gen" to innovate programs across the entire customer journey.
