About The Position

The Growth Marketing Manager will play a key role in connecting marketing activities to pipeline development by managing campaigns, inbound lead processes, HubSpot operations, audience targeting, and performance reporting. Working closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Solutions Architects, this individual will help execute marketing initiatives aligned with Hypertec's market and product growth priorities while contributing to the development of scalable marketing and revenue processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, marketing operations, revenue marketing, or a related B2B marketing role.
  • Hands-on experience managing HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM platforms.
  • Experience building and executing targeted marketing campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate marketing and sales data into actionable insights.
  • Experience building dashboards, reports, and funnel analysis frameworks.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives across business units and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with B2B technology markets, ideally in IT infrastructure, AI, cloud, data center, enterprise hardware, or related industries.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Experience supporting complex sales cycles and account-based go-to-market motions is considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

  • Own and administer HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub, including workflows, lead routing, automation, dashboards, reporting, and data quality.
  • Own the management, qualification, routing, and reporting of inbound leads to ensure timely follow-up and visibility throughout the sales funnel.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize targeted marketing campaigns across digital channels, paid media, partner initiatives, events, and account-based marketing programs.
  • Build and maintain audience segments, target account lists, and prospect databases to support sales outreach and business development efforts.
  • Create and manage landing pages, forms, lead capture mechanisms, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Support sales and business development teams through audience targeting, prospect enrichment, campaign coordination, and lead intelligence.
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing to execute campaigns aligned with Hypertec's market segmentation, product positioning, and growth priorities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze funnel conversion metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and future investment.
  • Partner with marketing and sales leadership to develop and refine reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs that improve visibility into campaign effectiveness, funnel progression, and pipeline contribution.
  • Help establish reporting standards, attribution methodologies, and lead management processes as Hypertec continues to mature its marketing and sales operations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, audience targeting, lead management processes, and marketing automation capabilities.
