We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead marketing strategy, performance, and execution for our direct-to-consumer business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, managing agencies and contractors, coordinating creative production, and driving measurable growth across multiple channels. This is a highly visible role with significant ownership and the opportunity to help shape the future of a fast-growing consumer brand.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands on experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or e-commerce marketing
  • Experience scaling a DTC brand from $1M-$20M+ in annual revenue
  • Strong understanding of Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and attribution
  • Comfortable managing agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional partners
  • Highly analytical and data-driven
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Able to operate independently and make decisions without constant oversight

Responsibilities

  • Own key growth metrics including revenue, CAC, AOV, LTV, conversion rate, customer acquisition
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition efficiency and lifetime value across Shopify, Amazon, Meta, Google, email, and other channels
  • Partner with designers and developers to improve landing pages, PDPs, bundles, offers, and overall conversion rates
  • Support product launches and promotional campaigns across all channels
  • Serve as the primary manager for our marketing agencies and contractors
  • Coordinate work across paid media, email marketing, creative production, social media, and content teams
  • Establish clear priorities, timelines, and accountability
  • Ensure all partners are aligned around company goals and growth objectives
  • Build and manage a structured creative roadmap in partnership with our Creative Production Manager
  • Coordinate production of UGC, video ads, static creatives, landing pages, and promotional campaigns
  • Analyze creative performance and translate insights into future testing plans
  • Help ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience across all customer touchpoints
  • Create and maintain weekly marketing performance dashboards
  • Present insights, recommendations, and priorities directly to leadership
  • Help develop monthly and quarterly growth plans
  • Support budgeting and forecasting for marketing investments
