About The Position

A fast-moving MCA company is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can build something real — not just maintain what's already there. This role owns the full lifecycle strategy from the ground up, with a clear mission: re-engage dormant leads and turn cold pipelines into active opportunities. The focus spans email, SMS, and direct mail, with real ownership and room to make a mark.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building CRM and lifecycle marketing programs from scratch
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience (certification a plus)
  • Strong command of Google Workspace tools
  • Background in email, SMS, and direct mail campaign management

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in MCA, financial services, or a lead-heavy industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead the buildout and optimization of HubSpot as the company transitions to the platform
  • Manage and maintain data integrity across the CRM to support effective outreach
  • Leverage Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.) for reporting, planning, and collaboration
  • Develop and execute strategies specifically aimed at waking up dormant leads
  • Build automated lifecycle flows that nurture contacts at every stage of the funnel
  • Track campaign performance and iterate based on data
  • Manage email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns end-to-end
  • Design and execute physical mail campaigns alongside digital outreach
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels
