As the Loyalty & CRM Marketing Manager for Sporting Life, you will strategically lead the driving of customer retention, lifetime value, and long-term engagement through best-in-class loyalty and CRM initiatives. Within this role, you will spearhead the transformation of the company’s loyalty program and CRM marketing ecosystem, including the integration of data systems to enable advanced segmentation, personalization, and scalable customer communications. By owning the end-to-end strategy and execution of CRM and loyalty efforts, you will leverage customer data, insights, and technology to deliver meaningful, personalized experiences across the customer lifecycle. Working cross-functionally, you will play a critical part in aligning marketing efforts with broader business objectives while continuously optimizing performance through testing, analytics, and innovation.
